Your attendance at the trip means that you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions
General Terms and Conditions:
- It is not permitted to throw any plastic waste or materials that do not decompose naturally on the ground during the trip
- Your attendance at the trip is at your own risk in the term of any potential risks
- Children under the age of 18 require the presence of their guardian or their representative
- You can take any number of companions with you, provided that the value of their tickets is paid in full through the website and your responsibility for their presence at the time of the trip
- You must wear modest clothing that is appropriate for public places
- Any dialogues or wearing any clothing with writing related to politics or related to religions is prohibited during the trip
- Any intimate or immoral practice is not permitted during the trip.
- It is not permitted to use any kind of drugs or alcohol during the trip, and the organizing company has the right to exclude the participant from the trip without returning the ticket value.
- If you are absent from the trip you have booked, the full price of the trip will be charged.
- In the term of a delay, the organizer has the right to prevent the participant from attending or leaving the gathering point without justification or notifying the participant of this, and in this case the participant does not have the right to demand a refund or request compensation of any kind.
- It is permitted to photograph the trip and publish its contents on social media, but it is prohibited to show the rest of the participants without their permission.
- The privacy of the rest of the participants must be respected, and when reporting any harassment of any kind, the organizer has the right to exclude the participant without returning the ticket price, and the participant will be prevented from attending future trips.
- We provide transportation to transport all participants. If you like to go by your own car, you will be responsible for reaching the trip location and returning to the city safely, and the organizer is not responsible for any damage to the your car.
- In the term of arriving late for the specified trip time, the participant bears the responsibility for arriving at the camp.
- Sometimes, changes in specifications and arrangements may occur on the day of the trip without prior notice.
Cancellation and refund Policy:
- It is not allowed to modify the reservation, refund or exchange less than 24 hours from the start of the trip
- It is allowed to postpone the trip for a period of not less than 48 hours from the start of the trip, provided that the postponed ticket is used within a maximum of two weeks.
- It is allowed to refund the ticket for a period of not less than 48 hours from the start of the trip, provided that the refund is made within (7-14) working days.
- If the trip is canceled by the organizing conpany, the full amount will be returned to the customer.
- If the trip is canceled for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of equivalent services or a full refund.
Children's Ticket Policy:
- Children under 11 years are not allowed to participate in the desert dune bashing tour for their safety.
- Horse riding is allowed for ages between 6-11 years under the responsibility of their parents.
- In case of a discount for general tickets or a discount for early registration, the discount does not apply to children.
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to be accompanied or registered.
